Elf Queen

Hello Everyone,
What a day yesterday turned out to be. The coffee morning went well and I sold quite a few cards, always handy to get more pennies for crafty stash!!
Unfortunately Tom has been bullied at school by 3 boys in the year above him.  Anyway, yesterday I went to see the Head Mistress and she's taking it very seriously and is determined to sort it out. He was so upset that he's been crying in a morning, telling me he felt sick and just didn't want to go to school! She had a chat with Tom and he's not quite as scared as he was!

Just a quick card for me today. I've used 'Elf Queen' from Kenny K, and coloured her with my promarkers.
The papers are by Nit Wits and I've used a Joy!crafts flourish die, a Memory Box, cherry blossom die and a cheery lynn corner die.
I'd like to enter the following challenges:-
Incy Wincy Designs - Girl Power
Divas by Design - Anything Goes
Make it Monday - Linky Party
Kenny K's Krafty Krew - Monochrome

I need to go and sand down some woodwork so I'll be round to visit you all later!
Thanks for visiting me today and for all your lovely comments.
Lorraine x

Oh my goodness, don't you just feel for your children when thiss sort of thing happens? Fortunately you have a very sensible head teacher who is prepared to deal with it. Poor little mite! Anyway, your card is amazing. Some Elf Queen!!! Gorgeous colours - my favourites! Have a good day. Christine x

Gorgeous colour, layout and extras.

Oh poor old Tom, am so glad the headmistress is taking it seriously - I would hate it if that happened to H, that's why Alan wanted him to get into Rugby (well he does come from Castleford !!), Luv Sam x

Wow! This is beautiful Lorraine! :) I love this fab image and your colours and papers are just gorgeous! :)

One of my fave cards of yours ever! :)

Sorry to hear about your little boy. My nephew was bullied pretty bad at school and used to hide under the desk. The teacher though the best way of dealing with it was to remove him from the room and leave the bully in the class???????? Unreal! My sister ended up home-schooling him from the age of 9. He is now at Uni! ;)

Hope it gets sorted soon :)

hugs
